The One Who Challenges Will Live

Mt 7:7-11 (NIV)
?쏛sk and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!??

Introduction: According to the stories of successful people, they have all challenged difficult circumstances repeatedly and overcome many obstacles with indomitable faith and a strong will. The Bible records many stories about people who rose to impossible challenges and won the victory by faith. Only those who rise to a challenge will succeed and survive.

1. Heaven is taken by the forceful
- Taking something by force is a warlike expression. This means that if we give
ourselves wholeheartedly, we can win the victory (Mt 11:12).
1) Ask?봢ven though it looks impossible from a human perspective,
it is possible with God, so ask Him (Jer 33:3).
2) Find?봡o whatever you can do with human effort
??Moving the stone of Lazarus??tomb, taking off his shroud (Jn 11:39-40)
3) Knock on the door?봶ork hard until the door is opened
??The story about King Jehoash who went to see Elisha when
he was sick (2Ki 13:14-19)

2. People without a dream will perish
1) People who live in a good environment and in a bad environment
- People who live in a tropical region and in a cold region (Pr 19:15; 6:6)
2) People who think and dream of a prosperous life will live a prosperous life
(Pr 28:19; Php 4:13; Eph 3:20)
3) There is no tomorrow for lazy people?봶e must sow to reap and give our
all in life, and then our life will return the same to us (Gal 6:7; Pr 14:4; Ps 126:6)
We will perish if we hate to do: (1) difficult work, (2) dirty work, and
(3) dangerous work?봮nly looking for easy, clean, and comfortable work

3. These people will be defeated
1) A person who always has negative thinking
- Dissatisfaction and resentment will never leave this kind of person (1Co 10:10)
2) A heart that never repents
- Always makes excuses for mistakes and doesn?셳 improve. A person who
wants to develop tries to learn and improve himself/herself (Ps 50:22-23)
3) A person who always says I cannot do it (a low self-image)
- Overestimates an impossibility ??10 spies who underestimated themselves
(Nu 13:32-33;14:8-9)
4) A person who does not rely on God and who is not bold
- Boldness made David succeed (1Sa 17:36,45)

Conclusion: We were born to be successful. God made Adam to be the king of the earth. Life today has become a rough, thorny path, because we have sinned against God and have turned away from Him to the curse. However, we can live a blessed life when we repent before God, believe in Jesus, live an obedient life, rise to a challenge by faith, have a dream, and work eagerly with perseverance.
