God’s Address
Jeremiah 31:35, NIV
“This is what the LORD says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar?the LORD Almighty is his name.”
Introduction: The question of Moo Sung's mother in the tent church at Daejodong.
God's address is our address, because God is enthroned in our hearts.
1. The throne of thinking
1) Thinking that has been reborn and changed (Pr 4:23; Php 4:13).
2) Thinking that has the grace of redemption (Col 1:13; 2Co 5:17).
3) Thinking that is filled with the Word of God (Jn 15:7; Heb 4:12).
2. The throne of dreams
1) Dream things that are not as though they were (Ro 4:17; Php 2:13).
2) Dream of the Fivefold gospel.
3) Dream of heaven and eternal life (Jn 14:1-3).
3. The throne of faith
1) Trust in God?the love of God (Jn 3:16; Heb 11:6).
2) Trust in the grace of Jesus (Eph 2:8-9).
3) Trust in the help of the Holy Spirit (Jn 14:16; Ro 8:26).
4. The throne of confession of faith through our lips
1) Confession of the lips is God's carriage (Jas 3:5-6).
2) Confession of the lips is God's helping hand (Ro 10:10; 1Jn 4:15).
3) Confession of the lips is a means of God's power.
: To this mountain → into the sea → say (Mk 11:23).
Conclusion:
I want you to know that our heart is God's address. Do not wander off from place to place to find God. We must welcome God who dwells on the throne in our heart.
