Do to Others What You Would Have Them Do to You
(Matthew 7:7~12)

People live their lives in ways that they want. People filled with negative and defeated thoughts live a negative and defeated life. However, people who believe in God live their lives with active, positive and creative thoughts. This is because a good God is our Father. We must live our lives only by believing in, looking to, and relying on God.

1. Good God the Father
1) God is a good God as our Creator and Redeemer. (Ps. 103:8~22)
2) Jesus said, “If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him.” Even evil people give good things to their children. So our Father God will give good things to us who are His children. (Matt. 7:9~11)

2. The way serving the good Father
1) God is pleased with our prayers. If we go before God and pray as His children, Father will work for us. (Matt. 7:7~8)
2) Jesus said, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.” Go before God and ask with dreams of clear goals and hopes of hearts. (Phil. 2:13)

3. A law that reaps what one sows
1) It is the principle of nature to sow and reap. This applies in our life. If we sow sparingly, we will reap sparingly. If we sow generously, we will reap generously. (Gal. 6:7)
2) The principle of sowing and reaping applies in interpersonal relationships. Jesus said, “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.” (Matt. 7:12)

Conclusion
Malachi 3:10 says, “’Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,’ says the Lord Almighty, ‘and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.’” If we give tithe with faith and obedience, God will be pleased and give us grace, peace, and blessings in our life.
