For the Word of God Is Alive
(Heb. 4:12)

As we live our lives, our words of mouths are very important. The Bible says, “From the fruit of his mouth a man’s stomach is filled; with the harvest from his lips he is satisfied.” (Prov. 18:20) Therefore, in order to live a happy life, we must use our words well. Then, what do we need to do to use our words well? We need to know the power of the word of God first. And we need to apply the word when we speak in our daily lives.

1. The word
1) “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.” (John 1:1~3)
2) God created all things in the heavens and the earth with His word. (Gen. 1:1~2)

2. God’s dwelling place
1) “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14)
2) The Bible is the word of God who is alive. God is with us through His word, and we can know God’s heart through the word. (Isa. 40:10)

3. For the word of God is alive
1) The word of God gives us dreams. (Phil. 2:13)
2) The word of God gives us faith that allows our dreams to come true. (Rom. 10:17)
3) The word of God brings changes and creation in our life. (Ps. 107:20)

Conclusion
The Bible is the word of God. From the Bible, we can know the will of God and His heart. The word of God gives us dreams, hopes, and faith. Therefore, when we live by following the word of God, amazing changes and creation come into our life.
