Move Forward with Full Faith
(Hebrews 10:19-22)

Christians are called to live meaningful, fulfilling, and joyful lives even if only for a single day. To do this, we must set clear life goals and move toward them with full faith, making our lives more meaningful in God.

1. The Power of Jesus’ Blood
The blood of Jesus has the power to free us from our old selves and from sin. Past wounds and failures, sins and faults, vain desires, and pride often hold us back. However, God desires His children to move forward in faith each day, unburdened by the past. Cleansed by the blood of Jesus, we can stand boldly before Him (Ephesians 1:7). Scripture tells us that through His blood we can draw near to God and receive forgiveness and redemption (1 John 1:7). By the grace of Jesus Christ, who shed His blood and gave His life, the wall of sin that separated us from God has been torn down. Therefore, Christians must daily rely on the power of the blood, advance in faith, and experience the freedom and victory the Lord provides.

2. Jesus, the Great High Priest
In the Old Testament, priests atoned for the sins of the people by offering the blood of animals before God (Hebrews 2:17). However, Jesus is not merely a priest. He is the eternal High Priest. He took on human form, shared in our weakness, and accomplished eternal atonement once and for all through His sacrifice on the cross. Just as the high priest entered the Most Holy Place each year with an offering for Israel, Jesus became the sole mediator between God and us, continually leading us to the Father. Because of Him, we no longer need to live in fear but may boldly approach the throne of grace and receive God’s mercy (Hebrews 4:16). Let us hold firmly to Jesus, the channel of our salvation and our great High Priest and live each day enjoying His grace.

3. Go Forward with Complete Faith
Through the blood of Jesus, we have received forgiveness of sins, been washed with the living water of the Word, and become new creations. Therefore, we must come before God daily to experience His great grace more deeply. Scripture urges us to draw near with a sincere heart and full assurance of faith, standing before the throne of grace with purity and boldness and not fear or guilt (Hebrews 10:22). We can approach God at any time not because our own strength or merit but through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and the mercy of God (Hebrews 4:16). May we stand firm in complete faith and live victoriously each day by the grace and power that God provides.
