Peace of Mind and Creative Prayer
(Php. 4:6~7)
If peace is not filled in our hearts, the power of the Holy Spirit cannot manifest. However, if peace is filled in our hearts, the miracles of creation where the things that we hope for in our hearts take place. If we repent of our sins, obey the will of God and commit every problem to the Lord, peace will come into our hearts, and the Holy Spirit within us will work to bring creation and changes in our life.
1. Repent of sin
1) To gain peace in our hearts, we must reflect on ourselves every day and clean our hearts through repentance. We must repent of all sins that we have committed towards God and our neighbors and receive forgiveness of sins.
2) The Bible says, “He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.” (Prov. 28:13) God takes pity on those who repent.
2. Obey the will of God
1) To gain peace in our hearts, we must always obey the will of God. When we obey the word of God, peace comes into our hearts, and the Holy Spirit within us will work.
2) If we believe in God and obey His word, He takes cares of us. If we obey the word of God, He will give us every blessing and peace in our life.
3. Leave all the burdens to the Lord
1) Jesus carried our burdens on behalf of us and died on the cross. He has taken away all our burdens of sins, transgressions, diseases, poverty, curses and death.
2) To gain peace in our hearts, we must commit every burden to the Lord. Because the Holy Spirit is with those who believe in Jesus, they can have their problems solved with the power of the Holy Spirit through prayer.
4. Pray until peace comes to your mind
1) To gain peace in our hearts, we must pray. God said, “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” (Jer. 33:3) We must hold onto this promised word and pray until peace comes into our hearts.
2) Pray with clear goals. Pray out loud. Pray by being joyful and with thanksgiving. Pray by believing that you will receive answers without doubting. Pray by standing against the devil.
