The New Has Come
(2 Corinthians 5:17)
The new year has dawned, a gracious blessing from God. Although our nation is navigating through challenging and uncertain times, we stand firm in faith, trusting that God will guide us through this dark and difficult season, working all things together for good according to His perfect plan. Today’s message unveils the key to living a victorious life of faith in 2025.

1. Faith in Christ.
The key to overcoming every challenge and living victoriously in our faith and daily lives begins with remaining steadfast in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17a). To be "in Christ" means to be united with Him as one. When we crucify our old self-centered nature on the cross and allow Christ to live within us, His extraordinary power works through us, producing abundant fruit (Galatians 2:20; John 15:5). By dwelling in the Lord each day, may this year be one in which you fully receive and rejoice in the marvelous blessings God has prepared for you.

2. Faith that abandons the old.
Many people in this world live burdened by their past, holding on to moments that cannot return and tormenting themselves with regret. However, Scripture reminds us that "the old has gone" and encourages us to "forget the former things" (2 Corinthians 5:17b, Isaiah 43:18). As believers in Christ, we are called to lay down all bitterness, failures, rejection, and betrayal at the foot of the cross. With our eyes fixed on the new heavens and the new earth prepared by Jesus, may we faithfully live out the days given to us, and move forward with hope toward the future God has planned.

3. A renewed and transformed being.
　　　As Christians, we possess the identity of a new creation in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:17c). The Lord continues to unfold His new works in and through us as those who have been made new (Isaiah 43:19). When we are filled with the Holy Spirit each day and face the challenges of faith with renewed hearts, God continues His great work of new creation in this world. In 2025, may you remain steadfast in the Word of God, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and, through faith, confidently conquer each day given to you. I pray in the name of the Lord that you will be faithful and victorious believers, reflecting the spirit of the Yoido Full Gospel in every aspect of your lives.
